Interior Architect

Kris Turnbull Ltd is looking for a talented residential interior architect to join our design studio in Belfast. The successful candidate should be someone who loves design and has a creative & passionate approach to interior architecture.

Key Skills Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years post graduate experience.
• Highly creative individual with a passion for interiors.
• Excellent design and proven technical ability with precise attention to detail.
• Proven ability to both take creative design instruction and also lead design role when required.
• Demonstrate experience in selecting & preparing FF&E schedules.
• Highly Proficient in AutoCad.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Contribute to creative, cooperative and productive studio culture.
• Proactive and self motivated, a natural brand ambassador.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Based in Belfast with a valid driving licence and access to a car.

Interior Designer

Kris Turnbull Ltd is expanding the team and recruiting for an experienced interior designer. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative interior designer looking for a new challenge with an inspiring & innovative design studio.

Professional Abilities:

• Design qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience within the industry
• Experienced client & project portfolio with a strong knowledge of the interior construction and detailing process.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Absolute discretion with high profile clients, able to communicate at all levels.
• Deliver confident and inspiring presentations in order to gain and maintain the clients' trust throughout the process
• Experience in joinery detailing & construction details.
• Be capable of quality controlling all aspects of the design process; conceptual; documentation and actualisation.
• Commercial awareness and ability to set up and control FF&E budgets for individual interior packages.
• Highly organised with experience in project scheduling and budgeting.
• Strong free-hand skills, logistically minded, able to multi-task.
• Proactive and self motivated, excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail, natural solutions-person, able to react and adapt to changing requirements.
• Based in Belfast with a valid driving licence and access to a car.
