The project brief was to create a harmonious interior & branding concept enabling it to be effectively marketed to a global audience. Playing with the concept of what could be a traditional office development, we designed a layout championing organic shapes & natural material.
The residences will comprise of 764 apartments, secure car parking, luxury retail units, gymnasium including wellness facilities with indoor pool, cinema & spectacular sky garden overlooking London.
