Kris Turnbull Studios developed the architectural concept drawings to reconfigure the existing layout of this large family home in Castleknock, Dublin.

The existing property was, with exception from the front façade, completely refurbished & reconfigured to create additional rooms to include a large extension with open plan kitchen & orangery. The conceptual design has been completed following the period style, consistent both with the prestigious character of the surrounding neighbourhood & respectful of the typical architectural features. High ceilings, intricate cornicing & windows of classical vertical proportions with restrained plaster moulds define this beautiful family home.

Kris Turnbull studios created a scheme for the bespoke furniture, window treatments, lighting & statement rugs, a subtle harmonious silk colour palette that provides visual continuity throughout. This family home in Castleknock has been completely redesigned keeping its Georgian charm whilst incorporating essential modern-day conveniences.
